Where applicable, shipping charges cover the sending of your product to your home or business. If you have special shipping instructions, please let us know.

Delivery times can vary depending on the stock status of the item and the shipping method used. If you feel there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us if it has not shipped, or the courier directly if it has as they will have the most accurate and current information. If they can’t help you, let us know!

Yes, you will. The manner in which you receive it will depend on how payment was made.

Yes, all of our Outland Woodworks branded physical products come with a 1 year warranty against defects in craftsmanship.  We do not warranty products that were not properly maintained or otherwise abused or used for an unintended purpose. Our partnership products can vary by item. Please note that wood is a natural product and can be prone to bending, warping, expanding, and contracting. This is NOT a craftsmanship flaw, it is the nature of natural wood. For the best way to care for your Outland product so that it lasts for many years, please see our Product Care page. COMMON QUESTIONS

Great question! The BEST first step is to determine your budget – we can help with this if needed. This information helps us determine the best course of action and options we should consider for your project. For instance: should this be made of Pine or Bocote? Secondly, write out as much detail as you can about your project. Even sketch it out if you can. This step can save you a lot of time and money. Include requirements, nice-to-haves etc., and include any reference photos you may have. We can also work from blueprints, requirements documents, and the like. You can then reach us by phone or email to determine the specific needs of your project. At that time we will set up the best course of action to get your project underway.

If it’s available on the market anywhere in the world, we can likely get it. However, the more exotic it is, the longer it will take to get.

Most projects require a non-refundable deposit to get started. After that, the rest is due before shipment or delivery.

We do, if you are within a 60 mile radius of the Yoakum, Texas area. Otherwise we can work directly with your installer to make sure the product is installed as desired.

We do not provide lines of credit or NET 30 at this time. We do however accept most major credit cards and provide fast and convenient online and on-site payment options.

We will do our absolute best to make sure you are beyond 100% satisfied with your interactions with us and purchase. If for any reason you are not, give us the opportunity to make it right!

We will work with you all through your projects life-cycle with  us. We can send you status updates and/or progress photos/videos if the project warrants it and is desired. However, shop visitors are typically not permitted for safety reasons.

We absolutely can! However, we may need to see it before we can agree to use it as some stages and conditions of wood are not acceptable for re-milling.

In some cases, specifically on larger and expensive projects, you may have the opportunity to approve or decline the majority of the stock for your project.

Yes we can! (Wood only) Currently, single piece templates have a max size of 32″ x 32″. Multi-piece templates can be any size.

Yes, we can do that. Certain restrictions apply on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is prepared to ship.

Shippable products may be shipped to your home or place of business in the United States. Please note, for security reasons, we will only ship items to the same address as the payment billing address. Shipping services WILL NOT deliver to Post Office boxes and in some cases for large items, they WILL NOT deliver to some residential areas. If the item is noted as LOCAL PICKUP ONLY, we do not ship that item at all, you must arrange to pick it up. Contact us for details or special circumstances for consideration.

All of our raw materials are sourced locally whenever possible. Our walnut, pecan and mesquite woods are locally sourced and come from sustainable resources right here in Texas!

This is a very deep and opinionated subject. While it has been said that most wood product finishes are food safe once fully cured, that is a decision for you to make at your own risk; even if the item appears or to be made or function for holding or preparing food items.

With the appropriate paperwork provided, yes.

Not without a written agreement prior to beginning the project in question.

PAYMENT/BILLING INFORMATION

When you place your order, the amount of the order is authorized by your bank which will place a hold on that amount. Processing may take up to 72 hours. This time period is determined by your bank, not by Outland Woodworks, LLC.

If a product you received is damaged or incorrect, please Contact Us immediately.

If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment and does not contain any customizations specific to your order, yes you may cancel it by Contacting Us. If there are customizations specific to your order, no, you may not cancel the order except under specific circumstances. If you need changes made to your order before it is prepared for shipment, please Contact Us.

Shipping On All Eligible Items

It is as important to us as it is to you that your package arrives safely and on-time. Smaller shipped items are sent with our preferred shipper, UPS, or a freight shipper for large items. Currently, we only ship within the Continental United States.
